Moonis Elahi is a Pakistani politician who is now a member of Pakistan’s National Assembly. He is the son of Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi of Pakistan. Elahi is a member of the PMLQ political party. Following his election victory in 2018, he became the Federal Minister in charge of water resources.

He is a member of the Warriach clan and is originally from the Jat tribe in Punjab. His father is the current Chief Minister of Punjab and a former Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan.
