The federal board of intermediate and secondary education has agreed to overhaul the matric and intermediate examination systems by the year 2022. The board of education has decided to modify the syllabus as well as the examination method. According to a statement released by the FBISE, it has been agreed to update the core tools of the examination, such as the question paper, and replace textbooks with curriculum SLOs.
Changes to the Exam System
Changes have been made in nine courses at the SSC and HSSC levels, according to the Federal board syllabus 2022, including English Compulsory, Urdu Compulsory, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics. The practise for holding yearly matric and intermediate examinations will be adopted in the Federal board examination 2022. As a consequence, applicants will not be limited to only one book relevant to the subject, but will be free to prepare from any book that is consistent with the curriculum’s contents.
Students will be able to reinforce their concepts rather than cramming the material of the syllabus while studying for the yearly matric and intermediate examinations as a result of this decision. Furthermore, by reviewing the different study resources, the applicants will be able to study more effectively. Candidates can use this platform to examine the 12th class curriculum.
