HOW TO FILE A MEDICAL COMPLAINT WITH MOHAP IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Medical complaints against private clinics, hospitals, and health institutions regulated by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) are accepted in the UAE.
Hospitals in Ajman, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain are included. Any problems you have at Fujairah’s hospitals must be reported to the Ministry of Health and Prevention. Let us now turn our attention to the MOHAP medical complaint procedure in the United Arab Emirates.
Visit the MOHAP Medical Complaints Page for further information.
Go to the e-service by clicking the “Go to the e-service” button.
Sign in with your UAEPASS or create a new account.
Choose “Create New Medical Complaint” from the drop-down menu.
Fill out the Complaint Form for Medical Facilities.
Submit the accompanying papers with the application.
The MOHAP will appoint a technical committee to investigate the case and report its findings to the Medical Licensing Committee for a final judgement once the electronic complaint has been submitted.
After a reasonable conclusion has been reached, the complainant will be advised of their choices for remedy, which include reconciliation or justice.

Create a user account.
Fill out the Medical Complaint Procedure Form if you have a medical complaint.
