Elon Musk has been dragged back into Amber Heard’s defamation battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp, with the court hearing that Musk contributed to philanthropic organizations on Heard’s behalf after she failed to make promised charitable payments.
According to court evidence obtained by People magazine and released by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) general counsel Terence Dougherty, Heard promised the organization $3.5 million in contributions from the money she earned from Depp’s divorce.
