Due to their continuing defamation action, new revelations about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have emerged. Heard, Depp’s ex-wife, countersued for $100 million over an op-ed she wrote.
The trial this week focused on Depp’s severed finger and how it impacted his job. Heard allegedly cut the tip of Depp’s right middle finger during the hearing, according to Depp.
After following Depp to the bar at his Australian home, Heard “threw two bottles at him,” according to Depp. He said that one of the bottles had collided with his hand.
“It made contact, and it broke everywhere,” he said. At first, I didn’t feel any pain; instead, I felt heat and as if something was trickling down my palm. Then I glanced down and saw that the tip of my finger had been severed, and I was staring at my bones protruding from the inside of my finger, as well as the fleshy piece of the inside of your finger.”
