Realme GT Neo 3 released on March 22nd, and a variant with 80W fast charging

Realme GT Neo 3 will be available in China on March 22, the company revealed on Wednesday. On the Chinese Twitter site, the business also posted posters and videos displaying the smartphone’s design and back camera module. Vertical stripes under the camera module, inspired by the Le Man’s racetrack, can be seen on the device. In addition to the debut date, the Realme GT Neo 3’s specs have been leaked online. The smartphone will be available in two varieties, each with a different battery capacity: 4,500mAh with 150W fast charging and 5,000mAh with 80W fast charging.

On March 22, the Realme GT Neo 3 will be available. According to a teaser image published by the firm on Weibo, the launch ceremony will take place in China at 2 p.m. local time (11:30 a.m. IST). According to the ad, the Realme GT Neo 3 will include a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash. It also alludes to Realme’s connection to the Le Man’s race with blue and white color stripes, alluding to the next phone’s performance and speed.

Separately, Realme CMO Xu Qi Chase went to Weibo to tease the Realme GT Neo 3’s second battery version. He said three numbers: ’80, 5000, 188,’ which most likely refers to a 5,000mAh battery with 80W charging technology that weighs 188 grams.

The device was initially expected to be powered by a 4,500mAh battery. Realme has previously revealed that the forthcoming phone would be equipped with the company’s new 150W UltraDart rapid charging technology, which was first introduced at the MWC 2022 event. Another variation is expected to be the Realme GT Neo 3 with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W quick charging.

The Realme GT Neo 3 will include a 10-bit 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with HDR 10+ and a 120Hz refresh rate, according to a recent leak. A MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC is believed to power it. In terms of optics, the Realme GT Neo 3 is likely to include a triple back camera system led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). An 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel telephoto lens might possibly be included. It is reported to include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
