According to sources, the Sindh government has announced winter vacations for all public and private educational institutions in the state. According to preliminary information, the winter holidays will begin on December 20, 2022, and finish on January 1, 2023. ( Sunday).
The Education Department’s Steering Committee made the decision on winter break. Syed Sardar Ali Shah, Sindh Education Minister, indicated that the decision was taken following discussions with the sub-committee.
As a result, since the Sindh Government did not release an official announcement for the winter breaks, the dates may fluctuate somewhat, but it is certain that all educational institutions would resume on January 2nd, 2023.
Earlier this week, the Punjab government published a winter break schedule, and this time the government opted to divide the vacation into two periods. Schools and institutions in Punjab will be closed for winter holidays in two periods, from December 23 to January 6, 2023, and from January 3 to 13, 2023, respectively.
