The new Vivo iQoo Neo 6 5G model has a Snapdragon 870 SoC, a 120Hz refresh rate display, and UFS 3.1 storage. It will include a 4,700mAh battery and capability for 80W rapid charging. The dual-SIM (Nano) iQoo Neo 6 5G runs the Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12 and has a 6.62-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) E4 AMOLED display with a 360Hz touch sampling rate. It has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. For increased heat management when gaming, iQoo has included a liquid cooling vapour chamber on the device. The iQoo Neo 6 5G boasts a triple rear camera arrangement that combines a 64-megapixel main sensor from Samsung ISOCELL GW1P, an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
