The UAE’s Minister of Education, Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, attended the fourth edition of the Aqdar World Summit at the Fazaa Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
He stated that the country is entering a new era and that the education sector is critical to the country’s growth plan.
To transform the country into a knowledge-based economy, it is critical to invest in education and human empowerment.
“We are now on the threshold of a new stage in the UAE, which is the next 50 years,” Al Hammadi remarked. The UAE has a lot of goals, and education is the cornerstone and axis for achieving them. Starting in early infancy and continuing through secondary and university levels, scientific research, and lifetime learning, education in the UAE is an integrated and sustainable system in which the student is at the center and is consistently supported.”
The summit is a global gathering place for world leaders, decision-makers, experts, professionals, and top corporations.
Local and worldwide concerns linked to the human, cultural, and intellectual empowerment of societies are examined.
“The UAE’s focus on constructive education and human empowerment in the future,” Al Hammadi concluded. The Ministry of Education is assisting educated generations capable of confronting the difficulties of the age in order for our nation to realize its construction, cultural, and scientific development objectives.”
The Aqdar World Summit, which was held under the subject ‘Positive Global Citizenship – Empowerment of Sustainable Investment Opportunities,‘ began with Roxana Saidi, an 11-year-old Australian, addressing the stage to explain what makes the UAE so unique.
“What I enjoy the most about the UAE is the people who live here — they are so nice, courteous, and accepting,” Roxana Saidi remarked. I’m really fortunate to have so many wonderful friends here who have educated me about their cultures, traditions, dress, and cuisine. They’ve also demonstrated to me that we’re all the same. We all want the best for our families, friends, and future generations. We like having so many diverse friends from throughout the world, and we want to make a difference.”
